Our history in this country comes from a family with restaurant roots in vibrant Mexico City. In the midst of this tradition, Luis Orostieta, recently graduated with a master’s degree in business administration, decides to emigrate to the United States in 1987.

His journey began due to the situation in his countries, leading him to work from scratch in the world of restaurants, learning different roles with a lot of dedication and effort, and adjusting to a new culture.

Ten years later, in 1998, Luis ,a young man of Mexican origin, has the opportunity to fulfill a great dream of opening his own first restaurant: Las Fuentes Mexican Restaurant & Bar.

With faith and his knowledge, this entrepreneur starts his concept, based on the iconic meals created by his mother. These dishes, authentic and full of history, became the heart of the new business.

Today, this place is more than a restaurant. It is a tribute to the family’s culinary passion and a testimony of improvement and success.
